These terms of use are aligned with the use of Allergy Cure Path Lab (ACPL) and the word "YOU", "USER" or "YOUR" is used herein as a reference to all the individuals who access or use this website for any reason. By using the pages of this website, you represent that you have read and abide by the terms and conditions mentioned here along with all other guidelines, rules or privacy policies. Please make sure that you have read these Terms of Use carefully.

 I. Definitions and Interpretations

 “User” at this website means a customer who accesses this website and "Patient" refers to a person whose sample has been collected and whose report is generated through this website.

"Franchise" here refers to a pathology lab, hospital or clinic associated with the Allergy Cure Path Lab website.

“Doctors” are considered to be health professionals who have suggested the patient to get the tests performed and get the report from the franchise associated with ACPL.

II. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use this website for transmitting, distributing, destroying or storing material related to the content provided by the company on this website:

        1. For the illegitimate purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

        2. For the purpose to infringe the trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others

III. Terms of use for Franchise: 

Franchise panel can be used by users according to the roles assigned by the admin. (For example, if admin assigns role of Accountant to any user, then that user shall be responsible for handling all the work or duties related to accounts only and shall not perform any other functions through his dashboard.

Franchise users are requested to add the patient sample correctly by specifying the name, age, contact number of the patient. 

In addition, franchise user should also include the required test to be conducted for the patient according to the allergy ailment and select the doctor accurately who has prescribed the test to be performed.

IV.  Terms of Use for Patients:

Patients are requested to provide correct details in order to get their test report generated such as their name, age, address or mobile number. Patient needs to provide correct and accurate details to get their report generated on time without any inconvenience.

         i. Eligibility

The franchise user and other users who will access the information of this website warrants and represents that they are eligible to handle the tasks assigned by the ACPL admin and have requisite authority to bind themselves to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

         ii. Payment

           a)  Allergy Cure Path Lab shall provide the franchise users with the facilities to request payment from the admin. Payment can be requested for camps, regular patients, and orders (medikits). Franchise users are ought to use the payment methods that are being displayed on their dashboard panel.

          b)  The payment will be done by scanning the QR code facility provide at the franchise user panel, however, the payment shall also be made with the consent of the admin through other means as well such as debit cards and internet banking.

        c) It is agreed and understood by the franchise user that the payment that needs to be paid by the admin shall be made by deducting the commission. Franchise user can check the payment details of tests reports, camps, orders in “Payments” section. In addition, franchise user can check the amount credited and debited from this account in “Accounts” section of the franchise panel. This would further include the information regarding the closing balance and account balance.

        d) The admin reserves the right to mark the payment done or shall delay the patient depending upon the admin's wish or whether the amount requested by the franchise user is valid or not. Along with this, the ACPL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for medikits that are listed at an incorrect price. Moreover, the admin can cancel the medikit order in case the order requirement cannot be fulfilled by the admin.

        e)  It is understood by the users that the company does not take any liability or responsibility for any issue in the payment procedure as all the payments shall be made via third-party payment gateways.

       f)  ACPL also reserves the right to charge the listing fees for certain payments as well as transactions.

        iii. Modification of Terms of Use

You agree and understand that these terms and conditions can be altered by the company i.e. ACPL at its sole discretion without prior notice at any time. You agree to review the terms of use at regular intervals of time so that you are aware of the modifications being done by the company.

        1. Terms and Termination

We shall terminate the use of this platform immediately without any prior notice to the users of this website and without specifying any reason. This shall be done due to following reasons:

Where the franchise halts its operations or remained inactive for more than 7 consecutive days.

If the data breach of any of the terms of use occurs in ACPL’s opinion or perspective.

Also, in the opinion of the ACPL or any other regulatory authority, it is not in the interest of the public to provide the services of the franchise to the user.

We further reserve the right to suspend the account of the franchise user and admin operations assigned to other users for indefinite period of time in case any illegal activity is performed by the associated users on this website.

Any content, part of the website, logo, material including copyrights or other intellectual rights associated with the ACPL platform are owned by us. You provide your consent or acknowledgement that the website and any underlying software or technology associated with the website is proprietary information duly licensed and owned by Allergy Cure Path Lab. You are prohibited to reproduce, modify or exploit the content available on the website.

ALL THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE IS ONLY FOR GENERAL USE OR FOR PROVIDING GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE USERS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY MEDICAL ADVICE AND SHOULD NOT BE DEPENDENT ON MAKING ANY DECISION. ALTHOUGH THE LABORATORIES OR FRANCHISES PROVIDE THE SINGLE SOURCE OF DATA RELATED TO PATIENT HEALTH STATUS IN THE FORM OF MEDICAL/TEST REPORTS.

SINCE ALLERGY CURE PATH LAB ACTS AS ONLY A SERVICE PORTAL FOR PROVIDING LAB TEST REPORT GENERATION FACILITIES TO OUR USERS, HENCE, WE SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ASPECT OF THE PAYMENT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMERS AND THIRD PARTIES.

When you visit the ACPL website, communicate with the user or provide any information, you agree and understand that are communicating with us through electronic records and hereby provide your consent for receiving information through electronic records from us at regular intervals of time whenever required. In addition, you allow us to communicate with you through email or another related communication mode. 

In addition, we are not liable for any representations, errors, or omissions on any linked websites and do not endorse any advertiser on third-party websites in any manner. We request all the users to verify the accuracy of the information on their own before relying on third-party websites.

All the information or data submitted by the users on this website shall become the part of the Allergy Cure Path Lab and all such information shall be disclosed to regulatory authorities whenever required especially in case of any investigation conducted according to law.

The franchise user or any other user has access to his data or information only and cannot view the information of other franchise users or admin. The franchise user might edit his/her profile name, and email and update the password from his or her franchise panel.

We shall not be responsible for the misuse of the information collected by the third party and it is responsibility of the users associated with this platform to never share the login details with any other person.
